1. Who operates this service

2. Public preview status

Aroviya Health is currently in public preview. Features, availability and this legal copy may change as we work toward compliance approval in each launch region. Nothing in this preview should be treated as a finished, audited, or certified product.

3. No real health data during preview

The public preview does not accept real personal health information. Health-record storage, document upload, AI explanation and related health-data features are disabled until the relevant regional compliance approvals are complete. Do not upload real medical records, test results, prescriptions, or other personal health information during this period.

4. Your account

Creating an account requires your name, email address and a password. Authentication is provided by Supabase, and account-related emails (such as verification codes) are sent via Resend. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to store or transmit real health data during the preview.
  • Do not attempt to bypass consent, security, or access controls.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and its compliance posture evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated review status.
